Three Assam Rifles jawan and one civilian was arrested by the police in Dibrugarh on Thursday night while carrying a consignment of brown sugar in a Bolero vehicle. 260 grams of brown sugar were recovered from them. A case no 2036/21 u/s 22(c)/27/29 has been lodgwe against them at Dibrugarh police station under the NDPS Act.
