Dr Sunmoni Bhuyan, Registrar of Surgical Unit of Assam medical college and hospital has been arrested by Dibrugarh Police allegedly involved in a rape case. The accused has been forwarded to judicial custody against Dibrugarh PS case No. 1247/2021 u/s 406/376/384 IPC.
