Indian Administrative Service officer Biswajit Pegu took charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh on Saturday. After taking charge he held a cordial meeting with the officers and staff of the Dibrugarh district administration. Pegu who was the Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup Metro had replaced outgoing DC Pallav Gopal Jha who was appointed in his place as Kamrup Metro deputy commissioner.
