The Jhalukpara Road which is one of the busiest roads of Dibrugarh town has been witnessing perennial waterlogging due to the unclogged drains. Finally after decades of neglect the Dibrugarh Municipal Bo ard has started cleaning up the clogged drains. Since last four days the drain leaning work is being carried out on the road which falls under ward no 16.
