With the aim of spreading integrity in all spheres of life for a corruption-free India, Dibrugarh Airport along with its stakeholder organised the vigilance awareness week from October 31 to November 6. 

The vigilance awareness week commenced by commemorating the birth anniversary of Lauh Purush Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel  with a cycle run for unity on October 31. With the theme of corruption-free India for a developed nation, an integrity pledge among all Airport Authority of India (AAI) employees and stakeholders was administered in presence of the Airport Director. 

The airport authority also organised an interactive session among its staff and officials for creating awareness against corruption. Slogan writing competition and essay writing competition was also organised among all employees of AAI.

As a part of vigilance awareness week, Dibrugarh Airport also organised an awareness gram S sabha for dissemination of information regarding menace of corruption and various ways public can take to redress it. Further awareness posters, banners, pamphlets were also distributed in the gram sabha. To imbibe the seeds of integrity in young minds, a painting competition with theme of corruption free-India was organised in a nearby primary school. The prize distribution of the competition was held on Sunday which also marked the culmination of the vigilance awareness week.
