The Khanikar police reserve field is being spruced up for the upcoming visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Dibrugarh on April 28. The Prime Minister during his visit will inaugurate seven cancer hospitals icluding the cancer hospital at Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh nd lay the foundation stone for another seven cancer hospitals ffrom Dibrugarh. The prime minister will also address a public meeting later at the Khanikar police reserve field.
