The Policy Group for Peoples Rights (PGPR) led by President Dr Aradhana Kotoky met CM Himanta Biswa Sarma this evening and personally handed over the memorandum of PGPR to preserve and protect the green belt of Dibrugarh in particular and Assam in general.
