The 16th regional conclave of Purbottar Pradeshiya Marwari Yuva Manch will be held in Dibrugarh on 3rd, 4th and 5th February, 2023.
The three-day convention of the North Eastern Region of the organization, named Jyoti Utsav as a tribute to the cultural icon, noted playwright, songwriter, poet, writer and film maker, Rupkonwar Jyoti Prasad Agarwala, is going to be organised under the aegis of Marwari Yuva Manch, Dibrugarh branch at the Tirupati Mandapam in Seujpur, Dibrugarh.
In this connection, the president of the Purbottar Pradeshiya Marwari Yuva Manch Himsikhar Khandeliya on Sunday addressed a press meet at the Bajranglal Beria auditorium in Dibrugarh where organising committee Chairman Sunil Khemka and Marwari Yuva Manch Dibrugarh unit president Binoy Garodia were present along with other executive members.
