Union minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways & AYUSH Sarbananda Sonowal on Saturday attended the Purvottar Pradeshiya Marwari Yuva Manch’s 6th Prantiya Adhiveshan in Dibrugarh. The minister adressed the seminar ‘Jyoti Utsav: Mati, Samanway, Navnirman’ organised in line with the event.
