Dibrugarh MLA Prasanta Phukan inaugurated the SHG Retail Outlet , an initiative of Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission at the opposite of DC Office , Dibrugarh. DC Biswajit Pegu , DDC Sanjay Dutta and other officers were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
