Prominent socio-cultural organization “The Bridge – Setubandhan” on Saturday (June 25) organised a cloth donation progamme at Pandu Nath Devalaya (Panch Pandav Temple) and Gousala Shani Mandir in Guwahati on the occasion of Ambubachi Mela held at the famous Kamakhya Temple. Volunteers of the Maligaon-based voluntary organization donated bankets to more than 200 devotees who have arrived to attend the Ambubachi Mela. Several volunteers of the organization including Pankaj Kalita, Chiranjib Dutta, Siddheswar Choudhury, Uttam Bhattacharya, Bitu Das, Amal Chatterjee, Bolen Rajbongshi, Ramesh Adhikari, Utpal Boro, Ganesh Prasad Ram participated in the progamme. The organisers informed that on July 3, a flood relief camp will be organised at Koya Borpulla Village under Koya revenue circle for the flood-affected people.
