The first lady IPS officer and former Lt Governor of Puducherry, Dr Kiran Bedi visited the Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) today and interacted with the officials and employees. She is in Dibrugarh to address the NSS Special Camping Program being held at Dibrugarh University.
She is the Guest of Honour in the session “On Grooming Leadership” organised by the NSS Cell, Dibrugarh University being held at the Rangghar Auditorium.
