Dibrugarh MLA Prasanta Phukan along with DC Dibrugarh Biswajit Pegu inaugurated a Smart class room and computer class room in Rashtra Bhasha Deep Vidyalaya Dibrugarh. The school also received Rs. 10 LACS under BCPL CSR FUND for development of infrastructure of the school building.
