Indian Police Service (IPS) officer VVR Reddy took cahe charge as the new Superintendent of Police of Dibrugarh from outgoing SP Shwetank Mishra on Saturday. Reddy was earlier posted as SP of Goalpara. Outgoing Dibrugarh SP Shwetank Mishra will join as the new SP of Jorhat.
