As per data of the water resources department the Brahmaputra was flowing at 105.63 metre in Dibrugarh against the danger level of 105.70 metre at 10 am. In the last 24 hours upto 8.30 am 21.6 mm if cumulative rainfall was recorded in Dibrugarh.
