Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today handed over cheques of ₹1 lakh to each of the 26 persons affected by the massive fire at New Market, Dibrugarh on March 23.
“I hope the amount will give some relief to those who had lost their shops, business establishments, houses, etc, in the incident,” the CM said
