Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma will lay the foundation stone of the much awaited Convoy Road flyover in Dibrugarh on October 1.

He will attend the following programmes on that day
9:15 am: Arrive residence of Late Mahadev Jalan.
10:10am: Attend a programme on foundation stone laying of Flyover at convoy road, Dibrugarh.
10:45am: Arrive residence of Late Premadhar Borgohain at Chiring Chapori.
11:25am: Attend a programme on foundation stone laying of Foot Over Bridge at Dibrugarh University.
12:15 pm: Arrive Khanikar stadium and inspection of construction of Khanikar stadium.
