Amid the row over the animal rights activist Vineet Bagaria suicide case, DGP Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta visited Dibrugarh on Tuesday. A day earlier Special DGP (Law & Order) GP Singh had visited Vineet Bagaria’s Dibrugarh residence and expressed regret over the incident. The OC of Dibrugarh police station was also replaced on Monday.
