Dr Kiran Hazarika who is the Principal of Tengakhat College has joined as a Pro Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He was accorded a warm welcome by Vice Chancellor IGNOU Prof Nageshwar Rao and all Pro VC, Registrar and other Administrative Heads.
