Prof Jiten Hazarika has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor i/c of Dibrugarh University. In an order by Assam governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi on Saturday Prof Jiten Hazarika who is the present registrar of Dibrugarh University was appointed as the Vice-Chancellor in-charge.
