Oath taking ceremony of the Vice Chancellor, Dibrugrah University was held today in the Raj Bhawan, Guwahati. Hon’ble Governor and Chancellor of Dibrugarh University, Prof Jagdish Mukhi administered the Oath taking of the new Dibrugarh University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Jiten Hazarika.
