Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday laid the foundation of the Convoy Road flyover that will connect the NH-37 near the railway crossing. The CM will also lay the foundation of Dibrugarh‘s first foot overbridge which will be built near Dibrugarh University above A T Road, for the convenience of the students.
