Knee-deep potholes and deep craters are dotting the underconstructed 4-lane highway in upper Assam passing through Dibrugarh, Sivasagar and Jorhat districts causing a dangerous situation for commuters and motorists alike. The NHIDCL which is the constructing agency has been turning a blind eye to the grave situation.
