IPS officer Sizal Agarwal appointed as Additional SP (Crime) of Dibrugarh. Sizal Agarwal who belongs to Jorhat, Assam had secured the 112th rank in UPSC exam 2019. The Assam-Meghalaya cadre IPS officer was currently serving as the SDPO of Rangia in Kamrup district before she was promoted as ASP Dibrugarh.
