Union Home Minister Amit Shah will lay the foundation of the Upper Assam BJP regional office in Dibrugarh on April 11. The four-storey BJP office will be constructed at the Jibon Phukan Nagar area of Dibrugarh. The Union Home Minister will also address a public rally at Mancotta Field on April 11. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday took stock of the preparation at the Mancotta Field in Dibrugarh.
