Just like every year, the Dibrugarh Municipal Board wakes up to the perennial waterlogging problem when the town becomes inundated by just a heavy downpour. The same issue was evident oncw ago a couple of days ago when overnight rain flooded all 22 wards of the town causing immense misery to commuters and residents of the town. Now as a stopngap measure the clogged drains are being cleared up but another round of heavy rainfall and ththtowns folks will once again have to garpple with the problem of waterlogging.
